Jump to: navigation, search

Definition:

(BSDL) Incorporated into the Boundary Scan standards as IEEE std 1149.1b in 1994, BSDL is a subset of VHDL (VHSIC Hardware Description Language) that describes how IEEE 1149.1 is implemented within a device and how it operates. Most vendors of BScan capable devices freely provide BSDL files for their products, and most BScan software tools can import BSDL files.
